"Something nurse Shinobu gave to me after your physical..." I still don't remember what happened you know... One minute she was coming at me with a needle and then I woke up an hour later in the waiting room. I don't know what she did to me, but I haven't seen my belt since... "Shhhhhh, I'm trying to read..." But, what are you reading....???  "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" "By Arnold Schwarzenegger..." What!? So, just what was in that big box you made me drag all the way here...?  "Weights!"  "We're going to spend the weekend pumping iron and getting ripped!" "It's all about progressive resistance training!" "Dynamic set training!" "Super sets!" "Force sets!" "Giant sets!" (Well, there goes my romantic weekend.... that said, her weight lifting outfit is pretty cute and if things get all sweaty and sexy...) Well, I suppose I could try... "Good, Will-kun- I brought some really big weights just for you!" I'm not sure I'm ready yet.... "Oh of course..." "You mean you need to stretch..." "Let's start with the lower back.... just watch what I do...."  (Holy shit - those shiny shorts are hot....)  "Remember to push up from the floor and squeeze the lower back and glutes..."  Yeah, squeeze the glutes.... Don't mind if I do....   "Right, I'm ready to get pumped!!" (She certainly is...) (Speaking of getting pumped, the blood flow is definitely going somewhere....)  "Hurry up Will-kun!!" "It's time to get huge!!" Is that a weight bench!?!....
