I would think you'd be ok with small. My girl Rachel is a 151C and small tights on her are still huge and come up to her armpits

Elena is a 155B Irontech which was Chloes body, she wears small. Chloe is now a 160A WM and now had to get her medium due to the legs and fuller hips.

Medium is good to have the extra to go up the torso should you wish to protect that area from staining, etc.

i think TDF member the doll laboratory (aka von rubber) left one of his TPE girls on a silicon yoga mat overnight and things got a bit gooey, no major damage but gooey.

This may have been it CG, and yes, they go gooey, like the TPE is breaking down.
