Perhaps something contained within the other 95% which also draws out impurities? Who knows, I didn't pay as much attention to the ingredients as maybe I should have, I just gave it a test and then got to business.
It worked really well for me and is readily available, so I would recommend it, just BE SURE to do a test first. I have zero reservations about using it again should I need to, and that being the case, I will definitely document the whole thing start to finish

The Key here is Peroxide. You're not removing the stain, your bleaching it lighter, which is fine and dandy

Thanks but that's coming from America. Which might be fine, but is why I'm asking if it's a banned substance or something now. It's one thing getting locked up for importing the wrong doll, but importing the wrong spot cream for your doll might be a step too far

I have used Oxy10 a few times and it was good at getting the stains out but has gone up a lot in price. Last year tried Acnecide 5% from a UK Pharmacy, afraid it took long time to get stain out and £10 cost each time as had to get 2. Went to eBay again couple months ago where I purchased Rugby Acne Med 10 from America £8.36? with free shipping came within a week and it did what I wanted it to as had red stain on a doll shoulder. So I will be buying more as cheapest I can find with 10% ingredients. Nail and eyelash glue £4.99 just bought from Lovedoll and tpe glue which looks like a nail polish with brush from Doll?
That's where I get mine from for any newbie's who want to do repairs.
