I promise I won't intervene, I know this strange...
I want to see how do our staff handle your request... Most of the members have purchased goods from us, we are not perfect and can't be. What we can do is follow Quality Management Systems, We are an ISO 9001 certified organisation with global operations. So things do go to wrong and we do figure the root cause and fix the issue. ![]() |

Well, I've bought (at least (#1)) six heads from you and I've never had an issue.
By the way, the 6YE head 13 I bought from you. ![]() Became Lucy: ![]() And the SM #63 head... ![]() became Tulip ![]() Both lovely heads. And as for the three SM #89's that started life at your place. ![]() ![]() They're now Midee, Pheobe and Esme: ![]() Same head, very different personalities. Thought that you might like to see what becomes of some of the (luckier) girls once they leave your warehouse. Every girl in there has that potential if only more people were able to see it ![]() All the best, Shamus. #1 There are so many here now even I lose track of where they all came from! Pretty sure with some of them I may just have left the door open and the others invited them in!

Well that's reassuring Shamus. I have two Firedolls purchased from Lucidtoys. Also three extra heads which I had from them too. One doll is fifteen months old, the other eighteen. Both are holding out thanks to my careful maintenance. The heads (except for my original Georgina head) are all good.
On the whole my experience has been three out of five as there has been a few problems which me and Sue from Lucidtoys got sorted amicably. Last edited by Bunnyboybob; 08-05-2022 at 10:38 PM. |

Big surprise to me too considering Lucidtoys history.
I do not recommend people use this company. Ive only ordered from them twice and in both orders a whole host of problems dealing with them. It really is not worth the hassle. Still waiting on the magical refund when you took my money and auto cancelled my order straight after lol. (no reason given just uhmm wow) I shouldve learned the first time when i bought a doll from you and you tried to hold onto some of my money then as well lol Luckily there wont be a third time. |

Hi,
Sorry for this. I can see the technical reason for the refund not to go through. The refund was processed this morning. We sometimes put clients on a naughty list and this means those orders get auto cancelled. |
