Well.... i took "advantage" of the 35 image service where they actually check the box and send pictures of the doll so you know theres no problems. In my case they discovered damage to the head so had to give me a replacement head before despatch. Then i guess they werent too happy i asked for the 35 back as per their old image service conditions. I got the money back because this was before they updated the image check service to only credit the 35 onto your account (ie forcing you to buy more stuff from them)

Sooo basically you pay them money for no other reason than for them to check that your doll wont be faulty before despatch.

edit: to be a bit more fair to LT they did offer a decent discount on the next purchase. So at least someone over there knows what they are doing
