Welcome to the forum. I cant comment on firedoll bodies but my skye has a firedoll head and im very happy with it. Not quite the quality as a wm but still nice and soft and doesnt smell. Never had any issues with it whereas one of my wm heads started to come away from the skull and had to be reglued so i doubt any brand is without its faults.
With regards to lucid you need to make sure you visit and view the doll before paying. They are friendly and will open the box and let you have a proper look Best of luck

 I can't comment much as a relative n00b with only your pet hate (and a cat!) for company  However, my long term plans are a 'Jinsan Goddess' type doll, so WM174G or the WM-designed AngelKiss 173C or similar. Good luck finding the right girl and hopefully you'll have great time once you've found her

Glorificus to the forum. I‘ve got no TPE dolls so cannot give advice about Firedoll, but weight is a really huge factor to take into account. And of course spendings do not stop with thedoll alone. She needs clothes, lingerie, shoes, lots of shoes, jewelry, make up. Be prepared for a real change in your life. And it is so much fun. Jo

My collection since last post . This is my favourite tpe body it's zelex from lucid and my 3 silicone heads and firedoll tpe head make up removed
The head on the body is a silicone girlfreind which has softest silicone. To the above right youqdoll madalyn silicone Below right cst April head silicone Far right is firedoll alora tpe head without make up I have had several tpe bodies allure which was dry so discarded Had a iron tech 150a body that was awful very oily forever powdering. Binned that. Also a girlfriend body sold to friend. This zelex is head and shoulders the best body I've bought.
