On the 9th day of August in the year of our lord 2022, I beat HMRC, at Chelmsford magistrate's court, to query the legality of the seizure of a Piper 150cm Small Breast Akira.

Much was argued, but I think by virtue of the fact that I was the first to do this, that their evidence (and quality of) was terrible.

It is ok to now import them.
So we have made some gigantic baby steps.

So I think from this that payment will not be made from them personally but rather the public purse as it was in the line of their duty.
