What glue is safe to stick fabric to a TPE head?

If you dont want permanent, then PVA will work. it will come off eventually, or with water.

Wig glue is pretty good, though not permanent. And it remains tacky for a long time on tpe.

It smells a little strong to begin with, and it's gooey, but the smell soon goes and there has never been a problem/reaction with it and Vicky's skin.

Personally I would avoid glue all together and instead, if you really have to stick fabric to a head use a toothpaste that sets such as the every day blend of colgate.

Sticks as good as glue, peels off like PVA, no downsides and she will be minty fresh for weeks

The above is not a joke response. Colgate Toothpaste does work the same as glue or bluetac.

You would need to wait overnight, possibly a bit longer for it to set.

Don't believe me? go get some colgate. Put a dollop in each corner of a poster and go hang it on a wall.

I suppose it's got the added advantage of refreshing one's breath whilst sucking her ears in the morning.

It's one advantage of using Arm & Hammer toothpaste for removing cloth dye stains from dolls.... mainly the boobs.
