Does an irontech skeleton allow the pelvis to move both forward and back or just back?

Its not so much a pelvis move as a combination of the mid back joint and the hip joints

The spine joint can pivot back/forward left/right/ and swivel

The hips can pivot back/forwards/sideways

That combination can be used to give the impression of the pelvic area being tilted forwards or backwards.
