Lovedoll UK Communication Lines Down???

Hi,

As a previous customer of Lovedoll UK I had thought them a trusty UK supplier.

Previous comments on this forum have also suggested as such, but now I am a little alarmed to say the least...

I've recently purchased a barely used doll from them. payment all up front.

That was on the 15/11/2021.

The order stated "UPS will be in touch"... now

NO contact from UPS. Nothing. Not a sniff.

NO contact from Lovedoll UK despite FIVE previous emails, 4 attempts at messaging them via their own ‘contact us’ website app and 2 attempts using their own "online chat" "Jane". I still am being met with a wall of silence.

Any idea if they have ceased trading?

Anyone else out there experiencing similar issues or is it just me?
