It would take me ages to understand the technical aspects; but if it's any help, the ones with the red top (and this includes the bling and wig) look the best, in the sense that she has a strong-looking character and needs colours to match; indeed pairing that with a matching red skirt would make her look awesome (IMO).

She does have a red skirt (somewhere), will see if she is up to the challenge

I'm pretty sure Juliet is a Deep Winter. She has a cool skin tone, strongly contrasting eyes and hair, medium value and bright chroma.

Thanks for suggesting this. Here is the first go at using metal to find the undertone.
My snap judgement is silver is better. Interestingly her original armlets were silver and black.

Yes, the silver does work better and the white top also shows a pink skin tone, both of which point to a cool undertone and a Winter colour set.

Its odd because Juliet's chroma and value both point to a cool or clear winter, but we've seen that a deep vibrant red works, so I still think she's a Deep Winter.

Whatever she is, she's gorgeous!
