Help Same manufacturers for different dolls

Are SY dolls made by WM dolls? (Or vice versa?).
Just seen an SY doll on a distributor site that has exactly the same photos as a WM doll I have on my wish list.

SY are known for making copies of other people's work; they've been kicked off even TDF because of that. They do have some of their own IP ... but these are heads mimicking celebrities who almost certainly didn't give permission; e.g., head SY10 is Emma Watson :)
