doll problems

Well revoL made it over to Jersey and apart from other stuff (picture/story later) we continued my hm doll build.
rev did most of the sewing on a machine borrowed from Izzy and a fantastic job he made of it, too.

He managed to get all the machine work finished before he had to return home
and I continued hand-stitching using the ladder stitch rev taught me.
I had the neck, crotch, shoulder areas to finish.
Then came the hands which were a nightmare.

As you see from this close up the "plush" material is much longer than a TB,s
so theres a fuzzier finish.

Im very happy with the end result and a massive "thank you" again to my mate revoL annaerB.

What a project! Fantastically brilliant.

When perhaps one day I retire to what you might call the Northern Isle with the airport so small and akin to portakabins that they hand search every piece of luggage, without xray and truly rummaging by hand, my wife is terrified as to what the whole island might know about being carried in my luggage.

So this becomes the particular importance of perfecting these skills - although what anyone might say about carrying a spare silicone head in one's luggage is yet another matter . . .

Have you considered the inflatable mannequins on ebay I recommend for inside latex poupée skins?

Best wishes and congratulations,

Harem
