Help please for someone trying to rejoin group

Hi, hopefully this message will find a moderator who can help?

You had an active member named 'Bunnyboybob' who forgot his
password and couldn't get a new one / changed it seems.

If a Mod could PM me, I'll give you his email address that was used
previously and hopefully make contact with him, getting him back
as another active member

Unless I am missing something, we don't have a member with that username.
